How long will it take to receive my order?
If you are based in Dubai, you can get your order delivered to you within 1 business day. If you are based in the other Emirates, it will take 4-5 business days.
I never got my order, what to do?
Please make sure you track your order using the tracking number provided to your registered email address. If this option doesn't work and you are unable to track your order, please contact us on support@frejawear.com
What is your return policy?

What is your return / Exchange process?
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@frejawear.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Return Shipping: We can send you a pickup service to pick up your item(s). In this case, the delivery charge will be deducted from your total refund amount. Customers can also opt to choose their own delivery service and will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Pack Your Item: Please securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the original packing slip if possible.
